When it comes to getting your green friends to you, we take every precaution to make it a smooth journey. We ship standard orders using UPS ground, known for its safety and reliability. In most cases, your package will snuggle up to your doorstep within a cozy 4 days (MAX). Your plant is in good hands!
Need It ASAP? We've Got Your Back: β³πΏ
For those moments when you simply can't wait, we offer Next Day Shipping. Just place your order before 11 AM CST (excluding weekends and holidays), and we'll make sure your plants make it to your door in record time!
P.S. Orders placed after 11AM will be held to ship the following day.
Transplant Shock? Not on Our Watch! π±
We care deeply about your plants' well-being, which is why we ship them in their growing medium (a 50/50 moss & perlite mix). This helps to reduce the stress of transplanting into your home soil and helps them thrive.

We're on a mission to make our shipping process as green as your thumb! While we work towards using 100% sustainable materials, we're proud to say that our shipping materials are already quite eco-friendly. Our boxes are mostly bare, and the void fill consists of crinkle paper and dissolving packing peanuts. Your plants are wrapped with care in poly-fil and paper honeycomb cushioning wrap.

When do you ship?
π¦ Shipping Days: We ship out Monday through Wednesday. That's when we send out the plant love into the world!
π Orders Placed Sunday-Tuesday: Your leafy presents will be on their way by the next weekday (24 hours tops!). That's our promise to you!
πΏ Orders Placed Wednesday-Saturday: Hang tight, your plants will have a little spa day and will be ready to embark on their journey the following Monday.
π Holidays Are Special:
Please note that any orders placed on a holiday will be held back with care, ensuring they avoid the hustle and bustle of holiday carrier delays.
During major holidays like New Year's, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, our fulfillment might take a little extra time to soak up the holiday spirit. So, please expect a bit of extra patience on those special days.

What is your return/refund policy?

If you ever need to process a return within that 10-day window, here's what you need to know:
- To qualify for a full refund, please ensure that you ship the plant back in its original substrate and pot. This helps us ensure the plant's safe return home.

The Key to a Successful Refund: πΈπΏ
In order for us to process your refund smoothly, please provide pictures or videos of your plant upon arrival. This helps us understand the condition of the plant when it reached you.
For a full refund, it's essential to ship the plant back exactly as it was received. Any intentional damage to the plant, like cutting back or disturbing the roots, will disqualify your order from receiving a full refund.

Please ensure that the plant is shipped back properly to maintain its well-being. Plants shipped in envelopes, boxes that are too small for the plant, or shipped via first class with a transit time of 7+ days will not be accepted for a full refund

My plant is damaged, can I get a refund/replacement?

When your plant arrives, we encourage you to document its unboxing experience with pictures and, if possible, a video as soon as you receive your plant. This helps us understand any shipping damage that might have occurred during transit.
If you notice any shipping damage upon arrival, rest assured that we're here to make it right for you. For a full refund or replacement, you will need to ship the plant back to us.
In the event of a replacement, please keep in mind that availability may vary based on our current stock. We'll do our best to provide you with a healthy, happy plant.
Types of Damage Not Eligible: πΏβ
We want to be transparent about the types of damage that, while unfortunate, are considered part of the natural process and are not eligible for refund or replacement:
- Some Leaf Yellowing: Plants may experience some leaf yellowing due to transit or transplant shock. This is a common and temporary condition.
- Minor Folds in the Leaves: Occasional minor leaf folds can occur during transit but usually don't harm the plant's overall health.
- Light Bending on a Stem: A slight bend in a stem is usually not a cause for concern and can often be corrected with proper care.
- Small Foliage Loss: A minor loss in foliage, considering the size of the plant, is also a normal part of the adjustment process.
